The artwork is for personal use only unless discussed about prior and agreed upon. As such, as the artist, I retain all rights to the original artwork.

As the artist, I reserve the right to post the finished artwork on my social media.

The commissioner is NOT allowed to claim the art as their own. They are however, able to reupload the artwork to their social media provided that the artist is credited and watermark is intact.

Modifying, editing or using my works without permission is not allowed. If used as an icon or header, proper credit is needed.

I reserve the right to decline any client or commission at my discretion.

Rude behavior is not tolerated and are grounds for cancellation.

If any terms are violated, commissioner will be blacklisted.

Payments will be made through Paypal and in USD

I require payment in full once sketch is approved .

No refunds. If I am one to cancel the commission due to being unable to complete it, a full refund will be issued.

It is recommended to send proof of payment, as to keep track and help me stay organized.

Prices are negotiable.

Please be prepared with a reference sheet or a detailed description of the character they are asking for.

I tend to take my time as to get the best out of my abilities. As such my drawing process tends to take at least 2-3 weeks.

Time of artwork completion may reach up to a month at most. Please be patient with me as I will do as much as I can to deliver the commission in a reasonable time.

Commissions will be worked on a wait list basis. Commissions that were given first take priority.

I will keep you updated with the progress of your commission as much as I can.
