By commissioning me you automatically agree to these terms
The artwork is for personal use only unless discussed about prior and agreed upon. As such, as the artist, I retain all rights to the original artwork.
If purchasing for commercial work, it will be x2 the commission price.
Do NOT use my art to copy, trace, or for AI training/NFTS
All commissions are digital goods, and shall be delivered digitally.
Sketches will be sent watermarked before payment. If payment is not sent within 48 hours of approval, I reserve the right to cancel your commission.
The commissioner is NOT allowed to claim the art as their own. They are however, able to reupload the artwork to their social media provided that the artist is credited and watermark is intact.
Modifying, editing or using my works without permission is not allowed. If used as an icon or header, proper credit is needed.
I will decline any commission that I'm uncomfortable with, or if I am unable to fulfill your request.
Rude behavior is not tolerated and are grounds for cancellation.

Payment
Payments will be made through Paypal and in USD
I require payment in full once sketch is approved.
No refunds. If I am one to cancel the commission due to being unable to complete it, a full refund will be issued.
Prices are negotiable.
Art Process
Please be prepared with a reference sheet or a detailed description of the character you are asking for. If you have any poses in mind, feel free to add that as well. Very much appreciated.
Fixes before approval and minor revisions after, are of no cost. However, if it is a big change after the initial approval of sketches and I've started lineart, there will be an extra fee.
I tend to take my time as to get the best out of my abilities. As such my drawing process tends to take at least 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the commission, or if I'm busy at the time.
Time of artwork completion may reach up to 2 months at most, also depending on the complexity of the commission. Please be patient with me as I will do as much as I can to deliver the commission in a reasonable time.
Commissions will be worked on a wait list basis. Commissions that were given first take priority.
I will keep you updated with the progress of your commission as much as I can, and a progress chart will also be made available!
